Hmmm... Demonic pigs cross into our dimension through a man's dreams. Is there any connection with Hodgson's "The House on the Borderland"?
There is a certain similarity with the House on the Borderlands, which was written first - and it's certainly tempting to see the daemonic swinefolk of that tale as being avatars or at least creatures influenced by the Outer Monstrosity in this Carnacki case
